E-TECHNO designs and manufactures Low-Tension Panels for the distribution, control, protection, metering, and automation of electrical systems. Our LT Panels are customized according to load requirements, fault level, busbar rating, feeder schedule, cable entry, installation conditions, operational philosophy, and customer-approved specifications. They are suitable for industrial, commercial, infrastructure, utility, and institutional applications.
Contact E-Technno Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. for reliable HT & LT Panels, Compact Substations, Control & Relay Panels, and customized power distribution solutions for industrial and commercial projects.
Feeder Pillar Panels provide outdoor distribution, isolation, protection, and metering for multiple electrical feeders. They are designed for safe field installation with weather-resistant construction, accessible cable termination, and project-specific feeder arrangements.
AC Distribution Board (ACDB) Panels are designed to receive and distribute alternating-current power safely to multiple loads and auxiliary systems. The panel can be configured with incomers, outgoing feeders, protection devices, metering, surge protection, indications, and control circuits according to the project load schedule.
Solar plants, substations, industrial auxiliaries, UPS systems, utilities, buildings, and control-room services.
DC Distribution Board (DCDB) Panels distribute reliable DC power from battery banks, battery chargers, or DC power systems to protection, control, annunciation, tripping, closing, and emergency circuits. Each DCDB is designed according to the system voltage, load current, feeder quantity, redundancy requirement, and protection philosophy.
Power Control Centre (PCC) Panels form the main low-voltage power distribution point for industrial and commercial installations. They receive power from transformers or generators and distribute it through protected outgoing feeders, bus sections, and bus couplers while providing metering, control, and system protection.
Main LT distribution
Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panels improve system power factor by automatically switching capacitor steps according to the reactive power demand. The panel helps optimize electrical system utilization, reduce avoidable reactive-power penalties, and maintain the target power factor under varying load conditions.
Industrial plants, commercial buildings, utilities, pumping stations, HVAC plants, and installations with varying inductive loads.
Motor Control Centre (MCC) Panels provide centralized control, protection, and monitoring of multiple motors and associated process loads. Each feeder is engineered according to the motor rating, starting method, control sequence, protection requirement, and plant automation philosophy.
Process plants, water treatment, pumping systems, conveyors, compressors, HVAC systems, manufacturing lines, and utilities.
E-TECHNO Bus Duct systems provide a compact and reliable method of transmitting high current between transformers, generators, switchboards, PCC panels, and other electrical equipment. The design is customized according to rated current, fault level, conductor material, installation route, enclosure type, support arrangement, and environmental conditions.
PLC Panels provide automated control of machines, processes, and plant systems through programmable logic controllers, input/output modules, communication devices, and operator interfaces. Each panel is developed according to the control philosophy, I/O list, sequence of operation, instrument schedule, and communication architecture.
SCADA systems provide centralized supervision, data acquisition, alarm management, trending, reporting, and remote control of electrical and process systems.E-TECHNO integrates SCADA solutions with PLCs, RTUs, meters, protection relays, gateways, and field devices according to the approved system architecture.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Panels control motor speed and torque by varying the frequency and voltage supplied to the motor. They support energy-efficient operation, smooth starting, improved process control, and reduced mechanical stress in suitable motor-driven applications.
Applications
Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panels automatically monitor the utility supply and control the starting, stopping, and changeover sequence of a standby diesel generator. The panel restores the load to the utility supply after stable mains power returns and shuts down the generator after the programmed cooling period.
